You won't find a more friendly, responsive, and efficient Title Company ever! What a pleasure it was to close with Allegiance Title. The loan was a VA and both buyer and seller where done signing within an hour! Loan was funded within minutes! Wonderful experience on every level! Thank you.

I needed to have a document notarized prior to moving out of state. I was told they do not notarize documents that they themselves can produce but do notarize anything else. Lady on the phone was nice. Unfortunately I wouldn't have them notarize documents if I found someone who didn't discriminate on the documents I needed notarize. Shoutout to my bank!

I’ve used this title company at least five times to buy and sell properties. Yesterday I called and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional, she hung up on me twice without even allowing me the courtesy of explaining what services I needed. THIRD call I finally got someone else (I think Lisa), who was helpful and professional and actually took the time to assist me.

Stacy Patton went above and beyond with us on the closing of your house. What should have taken a month to close, took 4 and a half months and two buyers later. I wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to Stacy Patton, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our closing today. My wife and I have a done a couple of closings before and by far, this has been the easiest one we have ever done. Stacy was on top of it, from ordering payoff quotes to making sure we were ready for closing date, she was even flexible enough to accelerate the closing a few days earlier since we were ready earlier than expected.
