Hi Dawn,I have always had the utmost respect for your incredible staff, but I just experienced an "above and beyond" effort that was also cited by my client so wanted to share it with you. The property being sold, and I was the listing agent, had an IRS tax lien as well as an HOA lien (that was paid two years ago but not recorded). In addition, the buyer's lender was the worst lender experience in my time as a Realtor.Deborah Huskey managed through this in her usual professional and calm manner ( I could retire if I had $1 for every time she calmed me down) but this closing would not have occurred without her constant follow up with all involved, the IRS, a very difficult lender, and ultimately going to the IRS herself to provide the payment and obtain clear title.I will sum up this experience this way. At closing my client told Deborah that I had informed him in the beginning of the transaction of the positive experience he would have working with Allegiance Title, and now he understands why.Your entire team is extremely dedicated but I thought this performance should be called out. It is one of the reasons I insist on using Allegiance Title as a listing agent unless a buyer wants to pay for the title policy and use an alternative title company.
