The staff at Allegiance are fantastic!!! Shelley L. worked with us on two different projects, when we sold our home in Garland and when we purchased our new home in Hopkins County. She went over and above to secure documentation that no one else could find...that is invaluable when you are purchasing property that has been in your family for 100 years...she got the job done!!! I just had the most bizarre experience. I called Allegiance title to have an attorney help us with the title and closing documents; however, the person who picked up the phone told us we can just use the sellers attorney... As in... using the lawyer that has the best interest of the SELLER as the BUYERS attorney??That's like getting sued.. and using the suing attorney as your attorney... who's interest do you think they have in mind? What in the world?

The attorney owner is Addison Wilson; he is an actual real estate hands on attorney; there is no extent to the knowledge he has in his field. Shelley Lancaster is the Branch Manager...so professional, warm and so well informed.
